It’s always a good idea to take a look at the ways in which your business is perceived from a customer point of view. As your website can be a customers first port of call it’s important to make sure that their needs are being met.
If your website looks and feels a little stale, now is the time to make a change, we’ve listed a few quick ways in which you can freshen up your site:
Take Stock – is your content accurate? Are your photos up-to-date? Are all your links working? Take a step back and look at your site through the eyes of your customer. Have your business goals changed since you launched your site and are they reflected in the way you are promoting these areas on your website? Are your contact details prominent and can your customers actually find your premises?
Branding Exercise – how does your logo sit on your site? Is it looking dated and in need of a freshen up? Does it sit alongside your domain name and actually portray what you offer as a business? Are your social media pages connected to your site and are they corporate in terms of your logo and what your products and services are.
Upgrades – with google rankings being of importance to all businesses. Upgrades can include content management, mobile versions of websites, social media linkage and perhaps selling your products online.
